At the start, real estate can be a big endeavor, but I like to provide my clients with a convenient handout to help them know what to expect. The brochure includes the necessary steps that will occur, and the actions they’ll need to take throughout the process. It’s my way of keeping everything transparent, so clients aren’t blindsided by unexpected situations.

Buyers:

As your REALTOR®, I’d start by taking the time to learn what’s important to you both in a home and in your daily life. By prioritizing the things that mean the most to you, we can have a better idea of what you’re really looking for in a house and neighborhood.

Sellers:

I’d begin the selling process by getting to know you, your motivations, and your expectations for what lies ahead. Once we’ve established those things, I can get to work developing a customized plan to achieve your goals.

To ensure my clients are satisfied with their results, I always like to follow up with them after settlement and see if they need any additional help or services. To me, signing on the dotted line is just another step in the process, not necessarily the end of our relationship. Once a client, always a client!
